Open House at our New Home
Sunday, January 25 was a milestone day for B’nai Tikvah’s Capital Campaign – Faith in the Future. An Open House a was held at the building we’re buying on Holly Ave. in Washington Township, allowing members the opportunity to tour the facility and envision how it will be utilized. The excitement this project is causing was evident by the large turnout and enthusiastic response of the attendees. The spacious sanctuary, the plentiful classroom space, and the roomy kitchen next to the large social hall all generated positive comments by those touring the facility. Many good suggestions were made as to how the building can best be adapted to suit B’nai Tikvah’s needs, and an architect has been consulted to assist us in the process.
If you didn’t attend the open house, another opportunity is coming! On February 27, Friday evening Shabbat services will be conducted by the 5th Grade Class at our new location. Mark your calendar so you can see firsthand what has everyone so excited! Over 56 percent of members have made a contribution to the campaign, raising more than $900,000.
