Parking
Parking for the high holidays is expected to overflow our building's parking lot. On-street parking is available behind the building on Wisteria Ave (accessable from Oak Ave, just Southwest of the the building - toward Pitman).
If you park on the street, please be respectful of private property. Do not park on the grass or block the driveways, accessways or mailboxes of nearby residents.
You can also help aleviate parking needs by carpooling with a neighbor.
Taschlich
We'll do tashlich after 1st day services at Atkinson Park (Bethel Mills Park), down
by the water. Directions (driving and walking) and a map are on page 2 of the
attached PDF. The ceremony is on page 1.
Since there is a kiddush after 1st day services, and it's about a 20 minute walk, I
will leave with a walking party to the park about 25 minutes after services with the
goal of assembling there about 45 minutes after services.
Opening your Home to Others
It is customary for our members to open their homes on the second night of Rosh Hashanna for guests who might wish to share a holiday meal. If you are interested in participating, please contact Rabbi Miriam at ravmiri@gmail.com.
