Judaism and the Afterlife

All are welcome to attend a presentation by Rabbi Jordi at the Gloucester County Library in Mullica Hill. This free event will include an exploration of 4,000 years of Jewish thought on the afterlife through pertinent sacred texts from each era. The practical implications of funeral, burial, and shiva (mourning period), as well as concepts such as heaven and hell, also will be discussed.
